• Rate per night: $150 double and $20 for every extra person
• 3 night minimum stay
• $70 surcharge for 2 night stay
• One night stay not available
• If linen required it is $10 extra per person per stay
• Non smoking holiday house
• Check-in 4pm (or by negotiation on day of arrival)
• Check-out 10am
• No pets are allowed
