At 15 North Terrace, the holiday house is ideally located to explore the beauty of Kangaroo Island.

The island can be reached via the daily vehicular Sealink Ferry service www.sealink.com.au between Cape Jervis and Penneshaw. The pleasant country drive from Adelaide takes approximately 1¹/₂ hours, while the ferry crossing takes 45 minutes.

Seahouse on the Bluff is located half a km from the ferry terminal on a headland giving unobstructed views across Backstairs Passage. At the rear is picturesque Christmas Cove, which is now a modern boating marina with excellent boat launching facilities.
